Partner

John F. Franke

John F. Franke has over 25 years of trial experience in both the district and circuit courts of Maryland. In addition to trying numerous cases, including many jury trials, he has successfully briefed and argued at the appellate level.

On many areas of law

Mr. Franke’s practice focuses on the areas of serious personal injury, including injuries sustained in automobile accidents, on-the-job injuries, wrongful death litigation, medical malpractice, family law, criminal law, and wills and estates.
 
He is a graduate of Towson State University (B.S., 1985) and got his law degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law (J.D., 1988).

 

 
 

 
 
Pat Hall

Patricia S. Hall

Patricia Hall has over 25 years of legal experience and has been a partner in the firm since its inception. She has tried numerous cases in both the district and circuit courts of Maryland, and in various jurisdictions throughout the state of Maryland.

In family law, personal injury, and more

Ms. Hall received her undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland Baltimore County and received her Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 1988.
 
Her areas of practice include family law, criminal law, personal injury, medical malpractice, wills and estates, and contracts.
 
She is also an Adjunct Professor at the University of Baltimore teaching courses including, but not limited to, moot court and legal issues in high crime technology. She also volunteers her time as a coach for the local high school mock trial team in her area.
